TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of professional, therapeutic, holistic, and tantric massage services provided by Easy Rent Apartments s.r.o. (ID: CZ05598419, Registered office: Nekvasilova 692/31, Prague, 186 00, Czech Republic via the website massages-by-levi.com. Services are hosted and conducted at premium locations arranged by the operator across selected European cities, including Prague, Berlin, Zurich, Geneva, Brussels and Luxembourg.

2. Bookings, Deposits & Payment

All sessions must be requested and confirmed via the online booking system or official communication channels.
To secure a booking, a deposit or full prepayment is required via integrated secure payment gateways (Stripe, Revolut).
The remaining balance must be settled before the session begins, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Session Locations & Logistics

Services are provided strictly on a studio/apartment hosting basis (in-call). The client attends the session at the premium venue specifically arranged and managed by the practitioner.
The exact venue details, address, and arrival instructions will be shared with the client after the booking is fully confirmed and the deposit is successfully processed.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the operator reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover the costs associated with the premium space reservation and scheduling.
If a session must be cancelled by the practitioner due to unforeseen travel or logistics disruptions, a full refund of any prepayment will be issued immediately.

5. Client Code of Conduct & Health Declaration

All services provided are strictly professional, therapeutic, and boundary-respecting.
Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or non-professional behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries before the session begins.
The practitioner reserves the right to deny service if the treatment is deemed unsafe for the client's health.

6. Data Protection

Personal details provided during the booking process are confidential and processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and European GDPR regulations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic (European Union). Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
